JBG Properties. This project eliminated the parking lot at Blair Mill and East-West Highway that we
were renting so that our customers could park with ease. In addition, the closing of Blair Mill Road
has made access to and from Eat-West Highway more challenging. While we eagerly await the
completion of this project and look forward to welcoming our new neighbors, we are aware that the
situation has caused confusion and frustration in regards to parking for Mayorga Coffee Factory.
SSIC building on what used to be Blair Mill Road. This lot is accessible by going South on Georgia Avenue and turning right
on what used to be Blair Mill Road. It is also accessible from East-West Highway by a temporary access road that is marked with
various signs. This access road is located off of East-West Highway between Georgia Avenue and what used to be Blair Mill
Road. For your convenience, there is also free valet parking (with validation) seven days a week. Please refer to the map
below to orient yourself with the parking area and access road.
We apologize for any inconveniences that the new parking situation presents to our valued customers. Given that this is a
situation that we had no control over, we are doing everything in our power to minimize the impact on our customers. We
believe that the solutions listed above will allow all customers to access our location conveniently, affordably, and safely. If you
