While the name "Supremo" celebrates Colombia's highest grade of Arabica beans available, Bucaramanga in the region of Santander is said to be one the first regions in which Colombian coffee was grown. This coffee is characterized by a nutty, mildly sweet flavor with good acidity and moderate body.

This coffee stems from the heart of the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. Tarrazu is widely considered to have the best soil conditions & highest altitudes in the country. The Cumbre estate has rich, volcanic soils and old Typica trees that produce a very sweet bean with bright acidity and good body. A delicious way to greet the morning.

These Strictly Hard Beans are grown at altitudes of 4,500 feet or higher. The outstandingly rich cup possesses a distinctive smokiness, heavy body and a fine, fruit-like acidity.

This Honduran coffee comes from Marcala, a town and growing region in southwest Honduras. The Marcala region is reputed to produce the finest coffee in the country at very high elevations of 4,500 to 6,000 feet. The growers of our custom-prepared Marcala are small fincas (farms) with a focus on sustainability and quality. Clean, with medium body, Marcala offers the liveliest of the Honduran Arabicas.

Nicaragua La Bastilla

Nestled in the precipitous region of northern Nicaragua, Matagalpa yields more top grade, "Strictly High Grown" (SHG) beans than in any other part of the country. The highly fertile, rich volcanic soil, in conjunction with “wet” processing, results in a pleasant, lucid coffee with a mild, nutty spiciness. This is a great “all around” varietal that can be enjoyed by those who prefer milder coffees, as well as those that like richer, more full-bodied varietals.
