Mayorga Coffee to be offered at Austin Grill Restaurants

Rockville, MD--Mayorga Coffee is delighted to announce a new partnership with Austin Grill restaurants, a DC area Tex-Mex restaurant group that shares Mayorga's commitment to quality, sustainability, and community. "Austin Grill is an established, respected restaurant chain with a focus on community and growth," said Martin Mayorga, president of Mayorga Coffee. "We are proud to be a part of their offerings".

As of January 8, 2008, all seven Austin Grill restaurants will be serving Mayorga's Rainforest Alliance Dark Blend coffee in regular and decaffeinated. According to Mayorga's Quality Assurance Policy, all coffee will be roasted and packaged to order for Austin Grill and will be managed through weekly deliveries to ensure freshness. In addition, Mayorga will package and supply a custom- blended variety of black, long-leaf certified organic tea, which Austin Grill will use for its iced tea offering.

Mayorga Coffee Roasters, Inc. is a minority-owned and operated specialty coffee importer and roaster based in Rockville, MD. The company was founded by Martin and Kerry Mayorga and has grown from two employees in 1997 to wholesale distribution throughout the East Coast and retail locations in the mid-Atlantic. Mayorga sources, imports, and roasts high-grade Specialty Arabica beans that are shade- grown, hand-picked, and produced in a sutainable manner.

Austin Grill began as a single Tex-Mex restaurant in Washington, D.C. in 1998 and has since grown to seven locations across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
