The Mayorga facility is GFSI and Organic certified; and FDA, State, and County inspected. Our full time Quality Assurance Manager cups coffees daily, to ensure that every batch deserves to carry the family name. This relentless focus on quality, consistency, and freshness is not for the sake of marketing—it is a result of family pride. We have mastered the art of blending traditional coffee expertise with a state of the art scientific approach to sourcing, blending, and roasting.
