At the end of the last century Dr. Emilio Alvarez, decided to initiate coffee production around San Salvador’s volcano. bequeathed his farm to his family and they continued with the love and passion that Mr. Alvarez gave to the coffee farm and its employees. Through this passion for coffee and people, they built a school, a houses for long-time employees, and a church for the community.
To this day, the Santa Isabel farm continues to make positive contributions to the environemnt and the community in the surrounding areas.
