It is a delicious coffee. A light roast that is very smooth with hints of citric. The only drawback is I drink too much.

Burnos Dias is my daily goto coffee. I drink 6-8 cups of this coffee every day. Nice light roast; smooth and never bitter.

This is my favorite morning coffee. Everything in the morning including the smell coming of the coffee beans in the bag, the hand grinding, the brewing, and the first sip of the hot cup of coffee gets the day started stress free.

Great light summer coffee!

Long time customer here leaving some love for the mayorga team. The coffee is tasting great as usual. Currently having buenos dias as a daily driver. This light roast is excellent, consistent, fruity/sweet as a pour over. Great as espresso as well. For those that like to drink coffee black without sugar or cream. Thanks to everyone involved in making this beautiful coffee.

A good coffee but compared to the other flavors, this one is nothing special and very mid. That does not mean it does not taste good, I just know I have tried several other varieties and have been happier with those.

It’s nicer than Mayan blend for me but it’s still not the taste that I am looking. Despite trying multiple ways to make it better, still retains a bitter after note

I think the flavor was okay but still a bit to light.

I've ordered it a few times already and loved it but something was off about the last batch. Just tastes flat and watery regardless of how much I use, how I grind it, whether I use a French press or aeropress or drip or percolator. Never had this happen with a Mayorga coffee or this roast

I love Mayorga coffee, both their single source and house blend selections, but Buenos Días is an outstanding blend and quite possibly their best morning espresso selection. Though mild in comparison with other coffees in their menu, it is quite tasteful and satisfying; I have received many compliments on ii and personally I never grow tired of having it for my daily morning and afternoon coffee, year round. Congrats on a masterpiece!
